Mr. Donut

I have good old high school memories with Mr. Donut when it was still the "thing" in doughnut industry in the Philippines. Dun kami madalas tumambay nang mga kaibigan ko. Magkukwentuhan. Bibili nang isang doughnut. Solve na. I remember, dati parang ang matinding kakumpetensya lang nila is Dunkin Donuts. Hanggang sa unti unti nang pumasok ang ilang doughnut company sa bansa. Mas tumindi ang competition. Now, Mr. Donut are mostly on stands, in 7-eleven stores, and a few are located in high-end shopping malls.

Pagdating dito sa Thailand, nakakatuwang makitang buhay na buhay ang business nang Mister Donut. They are everywhere. In here, Mister Donut has been a leader in the Thai doughnut market for more than 33 years na pala. It is known for its concept na "Donut for Fun". They say that Mister Donut currently has more than 250 branches across Thailand with more opening every year pa. They include stand-alone stores too as well as branches at shopping malls and supermarkets. The other day I bought some cute small doughnuts for me, Nana and Ray...
